PERIODIC MAINTENANCE OF BATTERY FOR THE
ABSOLUTE PULSECODER
This technical report updates the item of the battery of a
maintenance manual (B-65165E/02) for the new battery.
Since the battery of the old specification became the object
which must be treated as a dangerous object by the U.N.
advice at the time of transportation, the battery was changed
into the new battery out of a dangerous object.

*Above-mentioned (c) is a battery case for SVM1-360, SVM1-240, and (b) is a battery case for the
other SVM.
In the case of the old battery (A06B-6073-K001), the battery cover attached to servo amplifier was
able to be used as a battery case, but in using the new battery (A06B-6114-K504), the battery
case (A06B-6114-K505 or A06B-6079-K500) is newly required.
(2) Change of a life span standard
In case of lithium battery : One year for three axses -> Half a year for three axses
