inclination.

Specify the direction in which the third rotary axis rotates as machine
movement when a positive movement command is issued.
0: Counterclockwise as viewed in the positive direction set in
parameter No. 6173
1: Clockwise as viewed in the positive direction set in parameter

Usually, reset the parameter to 0 for the tool rotary axis, and set the
parameter to 1 for the table rotation axis.
6176 Rotation angle when the third rotary axis is a hypothetical axis
