In case soft start / stop signal is always on, if emergency stop is released just after a
spindle motor is stopped by emergency stop, the motor accelerates without soft start.
This trouble is corrected.
Incidentally, this trouble doesn’t occur in general usage because emergency stop
release just after spindle stop is irregular operation.
