On the system alarm screen, alarm 926 is displayed as well as additional
information displayed in the lower part of the screen as follows:

Bits 12 to 15 of the mode information indicate the number of a slave where
the alarm was generated. Slave numbers are assigned to units starting
with slave number 0 which is assigned to the unit nearest the CNC. For
a 2axis amplifier, a slave number is assigned to each of the first and
second axes by incrementing the number.
