Indicates information that can be used to identify the location (parameter)
and cause of an invalid servo parameter setting alarm (servo alarm No.
417).
This diagnosis information is valid when the following conditions are
satisfied.
D Servo alarm No. 417 has occurred.
D Bit 4 of diagnosis No. 203 (PRM) = 1
D The series and editions of the current servo software are:
Series 9090/E(05) and subsequent editions
Series 9096/A(01) and subsequent editions
Series 90A0/A(01) and subsequent editions
Series 90A6/A(01) and subsequent editions
Series 90B0/A(01) and subsequent editions
