or more times then turn off the power.
9.1.4 Serial pulse coder (APC) alarm
When either of the following alarms is issued, a possible cause is a faulty
serial pulse coder or cable.

A clock error occurred in the built–in
pulse coder.
364 n AXIS : SOFT PHASE
ALARM (INT)
The digital servo software detected
invalid data in the builtin pulse cod-
er.
365 n AXIS : BROKEN LED
(INT)
An LED error occurred in the built–in
pulse coder.
366 n AXIS : PULSE MISS (INT) A pulse error occurred in the built–in
pulse coder.
