3. HIGH–SPEED RESPONSE
(Power Mate i–H)
Absolute command G90 _ ;
Incremental command G91 _ ;
Two methods of travel distance specification are available: absolute
command and incremental command.
The absolute command programs the coordinates of an end point.
The incremental command directly programs a travel distance.
G92 _ ;IP
With G92, a workpiece coordinate system is set so that the point where
the tool is placed, for example, the machine tip, is at specified coordinates.
G135.1 _ F_ ;IP
By setting the signal +Jn/–Jn to 1 during execution of a G135.1 block, the
tool can be continuously moved on a selected axis in a selected direction.
By setting the signal +Jn/–Jn to 0 during movement, the tool can be
gradually stopped on a specified axis. If an absolute command is used,
the tool stops at a specified coordinate. If an incremental command is
used, the tool stops at a position reached by moving by a distance equal
to a specified value after the signal is set to 0. After a gradual stop, the
block following the G135.1 block is executed.
With this function, the tool can be moved in a selected direction
continuously as in the case of manual continuous feed in the normal mode.
