All parameters are output in the defined format from the memory of the
CNC to a floppy or NC tape.
Outputting parameters
1 Make sure the output device is ready for output.
When using the Power Mate i–D2, select a path whose parameters are
to be output, with the path selection switch or MDI keyboard.
2 Specify the punch code system (ISO or EIA) using a parameter.
3 Press the EDIT switch on the machine operators panel.
4 Press function key
SYSTEM
, or appear the emergency stop status.
5 Press chapter selection soft key [PARAM], then appear the parameter
screen.
6 Press soft key [(OPRT)].
7 Press rightmost soft key
(next–menu key).
8 Press soft keys [PUNCH].
9 To output all parameters, press the [ALL] soft key. To output only
parameters which are set to other than 0, press the [NON–0] soft key.
10 Press soft key
[EXEC].
All parameters are output in the defined format.
1 Select the EDIT mode.
2 Execute file heading when required. For which file the parameter is
output to, refer to 8.4.2.
3 Select the parameter display screen by
DGNOS/
PARAM
key.
4 Press the
WRITE
key.
5 While parameter is being output, the display appears as below.

6 In order to stop output of data from a tape before it has finished, turn
on external reset signal ERS (bit 7 of G008).
Once data output from a tape has been stopped, it cannot be restarted.
Output format is as follows:
