When a value is keyed in after keying in address

INSERT
key is pressed, the value keyed in for a machine position is added
for registration. This operation is useful to correct a machine position by
key–in operation.
Commands to be entered before and after a machine position must be
entered before and after the machine position is registered, by using the
same operation as program editing in
EDIT mode.
