NOTE
1 A value is rounded off to the number of decimal
places of the least input increment.
Example
X1.23456: When the least input increment is 0.001
mm, the value is set to X1.235.
When the least input increment is
0.0001 inch, the value is set to X1.2346.
2 The number of digits must not exceed nine.
Otherwise, an alarm is issued.
When a decimal input value is converted to an
integer according to the least input increment, the
number of digits after conversion is also checked.

resulting in an alarm (PS0003).
X1234567.8: When the least input increment is
0.001 mm, the integer is
1234567800. It goes beyond the
9-digit limit, resulting in an alarm.
