Fanuc Series 15i/150i-MA (Programming) Operators Manual

17.CUSTOM MACRO PROGRAMMING B-63324EN/03
- 604 -
Example 1
Reading of a cutting time:
If #3016 is read when the cutting time is 5 hours, 45
minutes, and 18 seconds, 5.755 is read.
Example 2
Presetting of a cutting time:
If 5.755 is preset in #3016, 5.75 is actually set in
#3016 because a value less than one minute is
treated as 0. In parameter No. 103, 0 is set. In
parameter No. 104, 345 is set.
- Cumulative value parameter count condition
By using bit 4 (CTM) of parameter No. 7710, the count condition of the
cumulative cutting time parameters (No. 103, No. 104) during
automatic operation can be switched.
(1) When bit 4 (CTM) of parameter No. 7710 is set to 0
When all of the following conditions are satisfied, the cumulative
cutting time parameters (No. 103, No. 104) are counted:
- A block specifying G01/G02/G03 is being executed.
- The dry run function is not used. (The signal DRN<G004#1> is
set to 0.)
- The machine lock function is not used. (The signal
MLK<G004#7> is set to 0.)
- The interlock state is not set. (All of the interlock-related
signals *IT<G000#0>, *AIT<G001#0>, *IT1<G64#4>,
*IT2<G68#4>, …, *BSL<G001#1>, and *CSL<G001#1>
are set to 1. *IT1, *IT2, and so forth represent the relevant
axes.)
(2) When bit 4 (CTM) of parameter No. 7710 is set to 1, and the
cumulative cutting time count request signal (CCT) is set to 0
When all of the following conditions are satisfied, the cumulative
cutting time parameters (No. 103, No. 104) are counted:
- Conditions when bit 4 (CTM) of parameter No. 7710 is set to 0
- The feedrate override is not 0%. (Signals *FV0-*FV<G012>)
- The second feedrate override is not 0%. (Signals *AFV0-
*AFV7<G013> ^*AFV0B-*AFV15B<G146~G147>)
- Any of the spindle stop confirmation signals of all axes
(SPSTPA-SPSTPD<G026#0,G272#0,G273#0,G274#0>) is
set to 0.
(3) When bit 4 (CTM) of parameter No. 7710 is set to 1, and the
cumulative cutting time count request signal (CCT) is set to 1
While the signal is 1 during automatic operation, the cumulative
cutting time parameters (No. 103, No. 104) are counted
unconditionally.
