Message Meaning Remedy
ERROR!! I CANT RUN ANY
FURTHER.
CHECK THE DEFINED TOOL
OR CUTTING AREA.
Normal machining fails because of incorrect
definition of cutting area, tool to be used, etc.
(Refer to CHAPTER VII, 2.11 Error when NC
data is prepared”.)
Re–examine the machining definition.
ERROR!! NOT EDIT Machining process is not edited on TTF
process edit screen.
FINISH ALLOWANCE IS NOT
CORRECT.
INPUT A POSITIVE DATA.
Zero or a negative value is ontered as a
finishing allowance in face milling.
Input a positive value.
REGISTER PROGRAM
ERROR
NC data cannot be stored in the NC
machining memory because of any one of
the following reasons.
1) The program No. is already stored in the
NC machining memory.
2) The NC machining memory capacity is
insufficient.
3) Key signal does not go up. (Protected)
4) Background edit function is used by the
system other than FAPT.
1) Delete the program No. (NC data) stored
in the machining memory, or change the
program No.
2) Delete unnecessary programs to make a
space.
3) Go up the key signal.
4) Stop the other systems use of
background edit function, or wait until that
system ends using the background edit
function.
Message Meaning Remedy
INTERFERENCE ALARM
(HD1 & CHUCK/TAIL STOCK)
During checking NC data by using the
animation drawing function, interference
occurs between the turret 1 and the chuck or
tail stock.
Re–check the NC data.
INTERFERENCE ALARM
(HD2 & CHUCK/TAIL STOCK)
During checking NC data by using the
animation drawing function in FS15–TTF,
interference occurs between the turret 1 and
the chuck or tail stock.
Re–check the NC data.
INTERFERENCE ALARM
(HD1 & HD2)
During checking NC data by using the
animation drawing function in FS15–TTF,
interference occurs between the tools of the
turrets 1 and 2.
Re–check the NC data, or modify the NC
data, by using the automatic collision
preventive function (option).
