DIn When the highspeed skip signal is input, the nth (system variables 9n00
to 9n99) buffer is loaded with:
0 : Absolute coordinates
1 : Distance moved through since the last signal input

The coordinates at the input of a highspeed skip signal specified in these
parameters are stored to the respective buffers.
If a value out of the valid data range is specified for a parameter, the
parameter is invalid.
