Start address for the PMC internal relay used in M code output
[Data type] Twoword
[Valid data range] 0 to the number of bytes usable in the R area
Set the start address for the PMC internal relay (R area) to be used by the
highspeed response function for M code output. (A 32byte area starting
at the specified address is used by the highspeed response function as an
M code output area.)
