Group assignment of manual pulse
generators via I/O Link
Add the following descriptions in the chapter ”4.31 PARAMETERS OF MANUAL

HXS The manual pulse generators are assigned to the group of I/O Link by:
0 : fixed order method
Up to three manual pulse generators via I/O Link can be used in order of
group number from the smallest.
1 : method to set order by parameters.
Up to three manual pulse generators via I/O Link can be assigned to any
I/O Link connection group by the setting of the parameter No.7120 to 7122,
irrespective of the order of connection.
X address to which the first manual pulse generator is assigned
X address to which the second manual pulse generator is assigned
X address to which the third manual pulse generator is assigned
[Data type] Byte
[Valid data range] 0 to 128
1. The PMC X address to assign a manual pulse generator can be gotten by adding
“the top address of the I/O Link connection group” and “the offset address of the
manual pulse generator from the top of the module”.
The offset address of a manual pulse generator from the top of module is different
for each device. Refer to the hardware connection manual related with it.
2. If the address to which a manual pulse generator cannot be assigned is specified by
the parameter, an axis cannot be moved by a manual pulse generator.
