[Function] This signal informs the PMC of the input status of the high-speed skip signal.
[Output condition] 1: When the contact of high-speed skip signal is close.(The input voltage is at a low level.)
0: When the contact of high-speed skip signal is open.(The input voltage is at a high level.)
