Spindle amplifier for Series 30i
1. General
With Series 30i, spindle position control (Cs contouring control, Rigid tapping) is executed with
Nano interpolation. So it is necessary to apply new spindle software for Series 30i interface.
Though the hardware specification of spindle amplifier for Series 30i is the same as that for
Series 16i, etc., the ordering number of spindle amplifier depends on the applied spindle software
series.
We inform about spindle software series and the ordering numbers of spindle amplifier for Series
30i on this report.
2. Spindle software series
New αi spindle software series for Series 30i
9D70 series : For both induction spindle motor and synchronous spindle motor
Current αi spindle software series for Series 15i, 16i/18i/21i, 0i-B
9D50 series : For induction spindle motor
9D53 series : For synchronous spindle motor
