The System alarm of the PROFIBUS Master board
1 Contents
In case the PROFIBUS Master board is used in the FS30i/31i/32i-A, there is a possibility that
system alarm ALM402 might occur intermittently.
The alarm message is as following.
System alarm: SYS_ALM402 INTERNAL BUS INVALID ADDRESS
2 Conditions
PROFIBUS Master board : A20B-8101-0050, total edition:01A -The BASIC unit is Stand alone
type or 2slot LCD mounted type.
The PROFIBUS Master board is mounted on slot2.
3 Causes
The problem of the LSI(PHI) on the PROFIBUS Master board.
4 Countermeasure
Please mount the PROFIBUS Master board on slot 1.
5 Apply
In case of condition shows above, please apply immediately. And when the PROFIBUS Master
board is added, please attend to the slot position.
