Program command for rotary axis of cylindrical interpolation mode is rotary angle of rotary axis until
now, so it is not easy to realize relation between command point on the developed cylindrical surface and
actual command of rotary axis It is available to command position of rotary axis on the developed
cylindrical surface distance by parameter No.3454#2 DTO set to 1 in cylindrical interpolation mode.
Specification
It is available to choose rotary axis command with angle of rotary axis or with distance on the
developed cylindrical surface by parameter setting in cylindrical interpolation mode.
Command format
G07.1 IP r Starts the cylindrical interpolation mode.
:
G07.1 IP0 The cylindrical interpolation mode is cancelled.
IP : An address for the rotation axis
r : Radius value of the cylinder
Specify G07.1 IP r ; and G07.1 IP 0; in separate blocks.
G107 can be used instead of G07.1.
Command of rotary axis is angle (parameter No.3454#2 DTO=0)
The amount of travel of a rotary axis specified by an angle
