1.3 DIAGNOSIS FUNCTION
1.3.1 Displaying Diagnosis Screen
(1) Press
SYSTEM
key.
(2) Press soft key [DGNOS], then a diagnosis screen is displayed.
1.3.2 Contents Displayed
• Causes when the machine does not travel in spite of giving a command
0000 #0 INPOSITION CHECK Inposition check is being done.
#1 FEEDRATE OVERRIDE 0% Feederate override is 0%.
#2 JOG FEED OVERRIDE 0% Manual feederate override is 0%.
#3 INTER/START LOCK ON Interlock or start lock is input.
#4 SPEED ARRIVAL ON Waiting for speed arrival signal.
#5 WAIT REVOLUTION The spindle one-revolution signal is awaited in
threading.
#6 STOP POSITION CODER It is awaited that the position coder rotates in
spindle feed per revolution.
#7 FEED STOP The feed stop is being performed.
0008 #0 FOREGROUND READING Foreground data is being input.
#1 BACKGROUND READING Background data is being input.
• State of TH alarm
0030 CHARACTER NUMBER TH DATA (FG) The position of a character where a TH alarm
was generated in foreground input is indicated by
the number of characters from the top of the
block.
0031 TH DATA (FG) The bit pattern of the character which caused a
TH alarm in foreground input is indicated.
0032 CHARACTER NUMBER TH DATA (BG) The position of a character where a TH alarm
was generated in background input is indicated
by the number of characters from the top of the
block.
0033 TH DATA (BG) The bit pattern of the character which caused a
TH alarm in background input is indicated.
