1. Specifications
In the current specification, when custom screen (macro executor or C
language executor) or PMC screen is displayed, the backlight ON/OFF can
not be done by pressing [CAN] and voluntary function key simultaneously.
By setting parameter 3207#3(SO2) to '1', it is improved as the erase screen
display function, realized by pressing [CAN] and voluntary function key
simultaneously, becomes available even if the screen of macro executor, C
language executor or PMC is displayed.

0: Only available when CNC screen is displayed.
1: Available even if the screen of macro executor, C language
executor or PMC is displayed.
Caution
This function is unavailable with virtual MDI key.
Note
When this parameter is set, the power must be turned off before
operation is continued.
