We report the revision of Digital Servo ROM 9087 series.

2. Content of change
a) Tcmd Tandem Control function and Position feedback copy function is available.
You can drive the Alpha 300 or Alpha 400.
(Parameters) No.1817#6 Tandem control (Main and Sub axes)
No.2018#7 Common motor feedback (Sub axis only)
b) Current offset compensation function is available.
(Parameters) No.2175 R-phase offset shift value
No.2176 S-phase offset shift value
c) Outer scale or encoder of serial type in Current loop 125µsec is available.
These detector of serial type require the servo module for learning control which is
equipped with LSI carved “DSL7” (A20B-2902-0061/03A).
d) High precision serial scale setting is available.
If Position feedback pulses (Ns) before Flexible Feed Gear is above 32767, you can divide No.2024
and No.2185.
(Example) Case of 1028000 Pulses per one motor rotation.
1028000 = 10280 × 100
You set the followings.
No.2024 = 10280
No.2185 = 100
