Following motors are added to FANUC AC SERVO MOTOR βis series.
They are the succeeding series for AC SERVO MOTOR βM series and are compatible with
them.
β0.2/5000is and β0.3/5000is
There is no modification from AC SERVO MOTOR βM series except model name and order
number specification.
β0.4/5000is, β0.5/5000is and β1/5000is
Following features are added to β0.4/5000is, β0.5/5000is and β1/5000is.
Motor height shortening
Intelligent function (ID information, thermal information)
Backup capacitor installed
Other specifications such as motor characteristics, outline dimensions and so on are not
changed.
