FS16i-MB : B0HA/02 or later
FS18i-MB : BDHA/02 or later
FS18i-MB5 : BDH5/17 or later
FS21i-MB : DDHA/02 or later
FS16i-TB : B1HA/03 or later
FS18i-TB : BEHA/03 or later
FS21i-TB : DEHA/03 or later
Spindle software
9D50/06 or later
And the CNC hardware, Mother board or SUB CPU board which can support this feature is
necessary. If the Mother board or SUB CPU board can support this feature, both Diagnose
No.400#6 and #7 are displayed “1”.
Restrictions
1. When AI Nano contour control or AI Nano high precision contour control is used, nano
control is not valid about Cs axis. (It is equal to AI contour control or AI high precision
contour control about Cs axis.)
2. When the simple spindle synchronous control or mixed control is used for Cs axes, this
function cannot be used.
