The value set for straightness compensation has
exceeded maximum value 32767. Do not fail to
perform reference point return manually after
generating this alarm.

- When this option is effective, 128 Straightness compensation points function becomes
effective, too.
- The specification of this function applies correspondingly to the specification of 128
Straightness compensation points function excluding the correction method. Please refer
to "128 Straightness compensation points specifications (A-76424EN)" for details.
- S-RAM 768byte is necessary to use this function
- Stored pitch error compensation option is necessary to use this function.
