7 Bell shape type filter applied to power feedback gain
The response delay of the power sensor is compensated by filtering a presumption power.
However, the laser power is changed by the influence of the power feedback at the switch of
the command power in case that the compensation is not enough.
The beam might stop at the change of the command power when the command power
decreases.
To suppress the problem, the power feedback gain can be filtered with using the bell shape
type filter.
The power feedback gain is set 0 at changing command power and increases like bell shape
afterwards.
The feedback gain reaches the value set in parameter No.15208 when the time set in
parameter as the time constant of the filter passes.
The bell type filter is set by setting two time constants of straight line part T1 (PRM
No.29001) and rounding part T2 (PRM No.29002).
