1. Specifications
Outline
In the present circumstances, when memory all clear is executed, APC
reference positions are cleared, too. And, to restore SRAM data is the only
way to restore APC reference positions. But if the SRAM size is changed,
there is no way to restore the SRAM data, so reference positions must be
reestablished
This function has realized the reference position reestablishment only with
saving(Note.1)/restoring parameter, without reference position establishment.
The process is as follows:
1. Please set parameter No.138#2(APS) to '1'.
2. Please punch out the parameter to an external I/O device (for example,
memory card, floppy disk, and so on.)
3. Please punch out programs, tool offset data, workpiece origin offset data,
custom macro common variables, pitch error compensation data, or other
needful data.
4. Please change the SRAM module and execute memory all clear.
5. Please set parameter No.1807#5(APR) to '1' and set I/O channel parameter
(No.20).
6. Please restore the parameter, which is saved on the process 2. (APC
reference position is restored on this process.)
7. Please restore data, which is saved on process 3.
Caution
1. The reference position on APC is constructed for 3-word data. Lower
2 words on the parameter No.1860 and upper 1 word on parameter
No.1861. This function realized the complete backup of the parameter
No.1860, which is only saved the 8-digit number (of total 10-digit) until
now.
2. Until now, when parameters No.1860/1861 had been restored,
parameter No.1815#4(APZ) is automatically set to 0. This function
has realized the restoration of parameters No.1860/1861 with the
parameter No.1815#4(APZ) set to '1'.
3. This function is unavailable for the parameter reading/writing on
OPEN CNC, for example, BOP, MAPPS, and so on.
