NOTES
1. The thermal growth compensation is not cancelled by reset of CNC.
2. The amount of the compensation by this function becomes invalid by the
power down of the CNC.
3. This function is valid only in case basic three axes or its parallel axes have
the same detection unit.
4. The compensation by this function is kept intact even if an axis is in the
servo off by a servo off signal. When an axis is in the servo off by a servo
off signal, the compensation data input by this function is ignored.
5. When the control axis is compensated by this function, the amount of the
compensation is not reflected in the machine coordinates value.
6. The External machine zero point shift function can be used with this
function together.
7. The tool direction is calculated based on the machine coordinate value of
rotary axes.
8. In case the axis related to this function is detached, thermal growth
compensation data should be 0 before detaching.
9. During this function is valid, the following parameters should not be
changed.
No.19680-No.19690, No.19697-No.19699
10. This function can be used to simple synchronous control axis.
11. This function can be used to tandem control axis
12. Before completion of reference point return for rotary axis, this function
cannot be used. If do it, alarm (PS224) is generated.
