1. Outline
The following specifications were added to the I/O LINK MPG function.
① MPG connected with I/O LINK on the loader control board can be used for the loader axis.
② MPG is automatically allocated from the first handle in order connected with I/O LINK
usually.
However, when the allocation parameter of MPG is set, MPG can be allocated without any
relation to connected order of I/O LINK.
③ MPG connected with I/O LINK second channel that cannot be allocated up to now can be
used by setting the allocation parameter of MPG.
2. Details
2.1 MPG connected with I/O LINK of loader control board
When the loader axis is moved with a handle, MPG connected with I/O LINK of the main
board was used as for the handle of the loader control board.
However, when parameter No.7105#2 IOM is set, MPG connected with I/O LINK of the
loader board can be used.
MPG is automatically allocated from the first handle in order connected with I/O LINK.
However, MPG can be allocated in order set for the allocation parameter of MPG
explained later to be used in the parameter.
2.2 Allocation of MPG by parameter setting
MPG of I/O LINK has been automatically allocated from the first handle in order
connected with I/O LINK up to now.
However, MPG on X address set in parameter No.12305-12307 can be used as the 1st,
2nd, and 3rd handle when parameter No.7105#1 HDX is set.
2.3 Allocation for MPG connected with I/O LINK second channel
MPG connected with the I/O LINK second channel was not able to be allocated usually.
However, when parameter No.7105#1 HDX is set, MPG connected with the I/O LINK
second channel can be allocated by parameter No.12305-12307.
