Data form: Word type
Range of data: 0∼127, 200∼327
Set the address of X signal used for each MPG
Note)
1. These parameters are available when NO.7105#1 HDX is set.
2. X address where MPG is actually allocated can be set in these parameters.
MPG does not operate when X signal address for MPG connected with I/O LINK
is not correctly set in these parameters.
3. When the value from 200 to 327 is set, these parameters are available in
the second channel of I/O LINK too.
