Outline
The absolute position detector uses batteries to preserve its
absolute position. If the battery voltage drops, a low battery voltage
alarm (alarm No.307 or 308) is displayed. Alarm No.307 or 308 are
detected at power-on and RESET after servo alarm, but they are
cleared by RESET.
It is improved that “APC” is blinking while the voltage of the battery
is still below a preset level, even if alarm No.307 or 308 are cleared
by RESET. By this blinking display, CNC notifies the operator of
replacement of battery.
Specification
“APC” is blinking while the voltage of the battery is still below a
preset level, even if alarm No.307 or 308 are cleared by RESET.
But the following cases are excepted.
When alarms are displayed.
In this case, “ALM” is blinking, so that “APC” is not displayed.
When memory backup battery voltage is low.
In this case, “BAT” is blinking, so that “APC” is not displayed.
“APC” is blinking in this part.
