4. Application
This function can be used from the laser oscillator since the following serial number.
It is necessary to renew software. Confirm the number of software versions is newer than
the following number of versions.
5.Setting of CNC parameter
The warm up function is invalid, when the laser oscillator is shipped. Please confirm the
application model in chapter 4 and set the parameter (TPS, OWU) as follows when you
use this function.

0: It is invalid.
1: It is effective.
However, it is necessary to set the power calibration effectively (parameter No.15000#4=1) for
executing warm up function..
