cabinet temperature rises.

The cabinet temperature alarm is generated when the laser
oscillator is less than 20℃ at the start-up, and the laser does
not start. Renew the software. When you cannot renew the
software, start the fan of the laser cabinet, make the cooling
water of the proper temperature circulate to warm the laser.

As usual, the cabinet temperature alarm is generated when
the cabinet temperature rises.

The laser oscillator starts normally. However, the function
(cabinet temperature alarm, and warm up) becomes invalid.

cable or temperature sensor is damaged, the warm up
function malfunctions without alarm.

The cabinet temperature alarm is generated when the
temperature of laser is less than 20℃ at the start-up, and the
laser does not start. Set the parameter to (1,1).

(cabinet temperature alarm, and warm up) becomes invalid.

Correct setting
This setting makes the new function effective. The warm up
function is executed when the laser temperature is 20℃ or
less .
6.Installation position of low temperature sensor
The low temperature sensor is installed on the side of the resonator plate in all models.
