Reading/Writing of #3018 from FOCAS1, Execution macro
When the system variable #3018 is read from FOCAS1 or execution macro, the reading value
is the same at reading from macro program.
i.e.
When the message is displayed : value “1” is read.
When the message is not displayed : value “0” is read.
When the system variable #3018 is written from FOCAS1 or execution macro, the behavior is
the same at writing from macro program.
i.e.
#3018 = 1 : message is displayed.
#3018 = 0 : message is cleared.
The message string can not be set from FOCAS1 or execution macro.
