Notice of the new design of Digital Servo Software 9096 series
We report that Digital Servo Software 9096 series has been newly designed.
Servo software 9096 series is necessary to use αi series with a system which uses servo
card equipped with 320C52.
When αi series is used with FS21i or PowerMate i, please use servo software 9096
series.

- iTUNE becomes available
• In order to perform data measurement by iTUNE, servo software after this
version needs to be used.
• Applicable CNC with iTUNE : Series 16i, 18i, 21i, - MODEL B
- αi series servo motor , αi series servo amplifier are available.
3. Notice
EGB function cannot be available with servo software 9096 series. In order to use EGB
function, please order servo software 90B0 series(option).
