Follow-up of Superimposed control
General
When emergency stop or servo alarm occurred during superimposed control, the operation of
manual reference return was necessary to eliminate the difference between the motor and
machine position.
By using this function, the operation of manual reference return is not necessary in the same
situation.
Procedure
After emergency stop or Servo alarm occurs during superimposed control,
Follow-up of machine coordinate is done.
↓
(**)After emergency stop signal is turned on or servo alarm is cancelled by reset,
Workpiece coordinate system preset is done.
Parameter setting is as follows. Please see the “parameter” section about the detail of each
parameter.
*Parameter No.8160#7 (NRS) = 0
*Parameter No.8168#1 (MSO) = 1
*Parameter No.8164#5 (OPSx) = 1
Note
1. When servo-off is performed during superimposed control, alarm
DS1933 occurs. So, it needs manual reference return.
2. As for (**),workpiece coordinate system option is necessary to do
workpiece coordinate system preset. If there is not this option, manual
reference return is necessary.
