3 Signal
・ Each axis workpiece coordinate system preset signal
WPRST1~WPRST8
[Classification] Input signal
[Function] Workpiece coordinate system preset is done by changing the desired axis’s signal from “0”
to “1”. By this operation, following workpiece coordinate shift value is cancelled and the
workpiece coordinate system can be preset to the pre-shift workpiece coordinate system
which is displaced from the machine zero point by a workpiece zero point offset value.
(a) Manual intervention performed when the manual absolute signal is off
(b) Move command executed in the machine lock state
(c) Movement by handle interrupt
(d) Operation using the mirror image function
(e) Setting the local coordinate system using G52, or shifting the workpiece coordinate
system using G92/G50(T series).
Note
1. When workpiece coordinate preset is done by using each axis workpiece
coordinate preset signal during the automatic operation, please use
M code
preventing buffering or input signal at single block stop state.
2. The each axis workpiece coordinate preset signal can not be used for the
moving axis. In this case, the workpiece coordinate preset is executed after
the axis stops.
3. Workpiece coordinate system preset by each axis workpiece coordinate
system preset signal is invalid during reset state (RST<F001#1>=1).
・ Each axis workpiece coordinate system preset complete signal
WPSF1~WPSF8
[Classification] Output signal
[Function] These signals turn to “1” when:
- Workpiece coordinate system preset is completed by each axis workpiece coordinate
system preset signal.
These signals turn to “0” when:
- Each axis workpiece coordinate system preset signal is changed from “1” to “0”.
- Reset operation is executed.
