General
When the paraemter TWD(No.12320#0) is "1", in the mode of Tilted Working
Plane command, the Manual Feed for 5-axis machining is executed in the
direction of X,Y,Z on the Feature coordinates sytem (the coordinates sytem
for the Tilted Working Plane command).
