1 Using the appropriate parameters, set the number of
the most distant periodical secondary pitch
compensation point on the - side of each axis and the
number of the most distant periodical secondary pitch
compensation point on the +side of each axis. If the
settings of these two parameters are 0 or the same,
periodical secondary pitch error compensation is not
applied.
2 The number of compensation points that can be used
in pitch error compensation and periodical secondary
pitch error compensation is 0 to 1023. The number of
compensation points that can be used in pitch error
compensation decreases by the number of
compensation points used in periodical secondary
pitch error compensation.
3 When interpolated pitch error compensation is used,
the pitch error compensation amount is output in
interpolated form in each periodical secondary pitch
error compensation interval.
4 Periodical secondary pitch error compensation is
superimposed even on rotation axis pitch error
compensation.
5 The sum of the periodical secondary pitch error
compensation amounts per rotation must always be
set to 0.
6 Periodical secondary pitch error compensation cannot
be used for an axis for which spindle positioning is
performed.
7 Periodical secondary pitch error compensation is
enabled after a reference position return.
8 This function is an option function. And this function
requires “Stored pitch error compensation” option.
