(1) Pressing the ninth vertical soft key displays a machine operation menu.
While a machine operation menu is displayed, CNC screen select operation using the soft keys is
disabled.
(2) Pressing the ninth vertical soft key again switches the display to an instant menu.
(3) Pressing the ninth vertical soft key once again displays a screen select menu.
CNC screen select operation using the soft keys is enabled.
Tip: The instant menu can be hidden by setting bit 3 of parameter No. 3208.
2.4 FOR THE 15-INCH DISPLAY UNIT/HORIZONTAL SOFT KEYS
(1) When the machine operation menu select signal EXSFT (input signal: G0295) is set to 1, the soft
key portion is switched to a machine operation menu.
While the machine operation menu is displayed, CNC screen operation using the horizontal soft
keys is disabled.
(2) When the machine operation menu select signal EXSFT (input signal: G0295) is set to 0, the
display is switched to the CNC soft keys. CNC screen operation using the horizontal soft keys is
enabled.
※ In any combination of the 10.4-inch display unit/15-inch display unit with the vertical/horizontal soft
keys, the main menu is displayed if a machine operation menu is displayed again after the soft key
menu of the CNC screen is displayed.
