2. 2 Synchronous Operation / Separate Operation
Synchronous operation ON/OFF can be switched by PMC DI signals. It is impossible to
switch the signals while auto mode operation. If switched, alarm No.213, "ILLEGAL
COMMAND IN SYNCRO-MODE", may be generated.
2.2.1 Master Head Only operation
When 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th axes are driven, signals must be input as follows.
G0122#7 - #4 = 0 G0122#3 - #0 = 0
G0138#7 - #4 = 0 G0138#3 - #0 = 0
G0128#7 - #4 = 0 G0128#3 - #0 = 0
G0140#7 - #4 = 0 G0140#3 - #0 = 0
2.2.2 Slave Head Only operation
There is no Slave Head Only operation in manual mode operation.
When 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th axes are driven, signals must be input as follows in auto mode
operation.
G0122#7 - #4 = 0 G0122#3 - #0 = 0
G0138#7 - #4 = 1 G0138#3 - #0 = 0
2.2.3 Synchronous operation
When the group of 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th axes are driven synchronously to the group of 1st, 2nd,
3rd, 4th axis each other, signals must be input as follows.
G0122#7 - #4 = 0 G0122#3 - #0 = 1
G0138#7 - #4 = 1 G0138#3 - #0 = 0
G0128#7 - #4 = 0 G0128#3 - #0 = 1
G0140#7 - #4 = 1 G0140#3 - #0 = 0
