Changing of gas piping for FANUC LASER C1000-MODEL E
Overview
In order to improve an operation, we changed a specification of a fitting connecting
between an oscillator and an exhaust pump, used on the exhaust pump side.
We would announce a new gas piping method as follow.
Old method New method
Tighten the "OLD1" by hand
to fix the direction of fitting
temporarily.
Tighten the "NEW1"
to fix the main body of fitting
Keeping the fitting direction
Tighten the "OLD2"
to fix the main body and direction.
Keeping the fitting direction,
Tighten the "NEW2"
to fix the direction.
The seal method changed from an O-ring to a seal washer. The seal washer can avoids the
possibility that a thread damages an O-ring.
