1. Specifications
1.1. Outlines
The sum of position feedback (moving amount) of servo axes and digitizing probe
since power-up can be detected and read via FOCAS1/HSSB.
We call, in this documents, “the sum of position feedback” for the moving amount of
servo axis (detection unit) since power-up, and “the sum of feedback via the separate
detector interface unit” for the moving amount of digitizing probe (detection unit)
since power-up.
“Digitizing function” is an optional function, and “Extended drivers and libraries
function” is required for reading data via FOCAS1/HSSB.
