2. Parameters
Following parameters for each axes corresponding to each directions of probe moving
are set for reading the feedback of digitizing probe. Normally, the parameters for
X/Y/Z axes are set for reading the feedback of probe moving in X/Y/Z direction.


0: not used.
1: used.
PM2 The 2nd separate detector interface unit is:
0: not used.
1: used.



Data validity : 0 to 7
When the separate detector interface unit is used, each of these parameters sets
the value obtained by subtracting 1 from a separate detector interface unit
connector number for each axis. That is, values of 0 through 7 are set for
connector numbers 1 through 8. In addition, bits 6 and 7 of parameter No.1905
must be set. For an axis that does not use a separate detector interface unit, 0
must be set.
The user can freely specify the connector to be used for a given axis. When using
