1.2. Details
In this function, the feedback of servo motor is input to servo amplifier and the
feedback (A/B phase type) of digitizing probe is input to separate detector interface
unit, and CNC reads these data via FSSB and FOCAS1 can read them via window
function.
CNC checks whether FOCAS1 requests data or not every 2ms. If FOCAS1 requests
data, CNC detects the sum of position feedback and the sum of feedback via the
separate detector interface unit by detection unit, and output them to FOCAS1.
FOCAS1 can read data at interval of 2ms. Please refer to the documents of FOCAS1
libraries about the specifications of FOCAS1 function.
This function is an optional one, and “Extended drivers and libraries function” is
required for reading data via FOCAS1/HSSB.
1.3. Restrictions
This function is inapplicable to the axis with separate detector.
HSSB board is required for this function, and it occupies one optional slot.
Only A/B phase type feedback is applicable for the feedback of digitizing probe,
and serial type feedback is inapplicable.
