Synchronous error monitoring signals
SYCAL1 to SYCAL4<F043.0 to F043.3>
[Classification] Output signal
[Function] Monitor synchronous errors between master and slave spindles.
[Operation] These signals will turn “1” when the synchronous errors(absolute
value) between master and slave spindles exceed the value
specified in the parameter No.4811.
These signals will turn “0” when the synchronous errors(absolute
value) between master and slave spindles become lower than the
value specified in the parameter No.4811.
For each synchronous pair, each signal is used as follows.
SYCAL1 : For the pair containing 1st spindle as slave
SYCAL2 : For the pair containing 2nd spindle as slave
SYCAL3 : For the pair containing 3rd spindle as slave
SYCAL4 : For the pair containing 4th spindle as slave
These signals are available only when the parameter SSS(No.3704#4) is 1.
They change their status accordingly in relation between synchronous errors and the
parameter specified value.
