! Outline
In the Increment System 1/100 (IS-D), the increment system is one hundredth of the standard increment system (IS-B).
Ex.) mm input ------------- 0.00001[mm]
inch input ------------ 0.000001[inch]
! Program command
In case of using IS-D, the maximum command is eight digits as usual. The maximum feed rate is the one tenth of the IS-C. As for
the concrete value, please see the attached table.
! Tool offset value
In case of using IS-D, the maximum tool offset value is seven digits as usual. However when the option for “tool offset value
seven digits” is selected, the valid offset value is expanded eight digits.

! Parameter setting
In general, the unit of the parameter, to which the length is set, is affected by increment system. Then, the unit of IS-D is 1/100 of
IS-B, and 1/10 of IS-C. As a result, in IS-D, the value of 100 times in IS-B and of 10 times in IS-C has to be set to the parameter.
Contrary, in general, the unit of the parameter, to which the velocity is set, is not affected by increment system.
It is necessary to set the value to parameter of which the unit is the detection unit (servo related parameter, such as pitch error
compensation value, backlash compensation value, grid shift value, and so on) according to the detection unit.
In general, the parameter, which has the same unit in IS-B and IS-C, has the same unit in IS-D, too. Contrary, the parameter,
which has the different unit in IS-B and IS-C, has the different unit in IS-D, too.
Please confirm the unit of the parameter in the “FANUC Series 16
