Note 1) The parameter of the extended tool life management is necessary.
Note 2) The signal is turned on as follows.
（1） When value of‘LIFE-COUNT' and value of remaining tool life of each group is the
same. → "Equal" type
（2） When value of‘LIFE-COUNT' is smaller than value of remaining tool life of each
group
→ "Less " type
The above-mentioned 2 type is changed by parameter No. 6802#7 (RMT).When the
value of remaining tool life is 0 or larger than tool life value, the signal (TLCHB) is
not output.
Note 3) The timing of output signal (TLCHB) is the time that the life counter of the group
which is using tool now is added 1,
Note 4) The signal is turned off as follows. (Refer to parameter No.6802#7 (RMT)).
（1） When value of‘LIFE-COUNT' and value of remaining tool life of each group is not
the same. → "Equal" type
（2） When value of‘LIFE-COUNT' is larger than value of remaining tool life of each
group. → "Less " type
Note5) Use method is the same when tool life is specified by time (minutes). But please specify
“Less” type when tool life count override is used.
