Next message ID specifies a guidance message which is displayed after an operator
pushes a soft-key [YES]/[NO] to answer a question.
Max 6 characters with capital letters.
- Input "-1" when there is no next message ID to display after a soft-key [YES]/[NO] is
pushed.
- Input "-1" for both YES and NO in case of the end of a diagnosis.

Operation of buttons
- [Check] button
When [Check] button is pushed, a range of number, a number of characters and
invalid character codes are checked.
If the result is OK, a string of the cell under the button is changed from "Unchecked" to
"OK". If the result is NG, the string is changed to "NG". And the cell color becomes
green. And a comment, which can display the cause of error, is added to the cell.
Ex.)
And when a message ID starting with "M" is found the cell color becomes sky blue.
