Preventive measures against errors

3. Axis Vibration
The error of linear scale may not cause alarm but cause axis vibration. If the servo software
is following edition, the feedback interpolation counter can be used to investigate the influence
of the noise.

Note) feedback interpolation counter
If unexpectedly large feedback data is received, servo software will correct it. It is called
feedback interpolation. The number of this correction is displayed as feedback interpolation
counter.
If the counter value shown in below increase as axis moves, it is possible to be affected by
noise. It may be effective to take preventive measures referred in section 2.
